A large, successful I.T. firm looking for an energetic, hardworking individual who would like to work in a busy, fast moving and varied environment.
The role involves:
Assisting in the maintenance of an asset management database.
Liaising extensively with clients and colleagues via telephone and email
Tracking consignments.
Taking responsibility for client stock and conducting equipment audits.
Organise and prioritise their workload.
Some manual handling may be required on occasion.
General administration duties
Essential Experience:
Telephone experience in a customer care environment
Be able to use Microsoft office.
Especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
